In this session, attendees will examine pre-created small group activities and accountability sheets that have been completed by students in a 5th grade Science classroom. Accountability sheets will then be created to include skills from the SWIRL strategy (Speaking, Writing, Interacting, Reading, and Listening). Then, the presenter will model how to create these types of activities using Magic School AI. Activities may include hands-on exercises, reading passages, and digital activities. The session will include a work session for attendees to create their own activities and accountability sheets to be ready for next school year!
