Dr. Lynn Janes is a seasoned educational leader with over 20 years of experience in school improvement, curriculum and instruction, and assessment and accountability. She currently serves as Director of Assessment and Accountability for Newton County Schools, where she leads initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making and elevate instructional practices. With a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction and a passion for supporting educators, Dr. Janes is committed to making data accessible, actionable, and—yes—even a little magical.
