Lori E. McGovern is an Instructional Technology Specialist for Newton County Schools. She is also a veteran school librarian and former high school English teacher. Lori has a passion for reading and literacy. An avid reader herself, Lori works to create a culture of literacy in Newton County Schools. Lori’s love of teaching inspires her to collaborate with school librarians and teachers to create student lessons. Her lessons are learner-centered, embed literacy, and integrate technology resources to create engaging and meaningful student experiences.
