Dr. Deatrice Willis is an experienced educator, trainer, and instructional leader entering her fifth year at Indian Creek Middle School. A proud Georgia native, Dr. Willis brings a unique blend of corporate, higher education, and K–12 experience to her work. She previously served as a Testing Coordinator, an adjunct instructor at Georgia State University, and a corporate trainer for Wells Fargo Bank.
Known for her warm personality and practical approach to teaching, Dr. Willis is passionate about helping students and educators succeed. She loves sports, crafting, and binge-watching classic TV shows. Her favorite color is purple, and she proudly shares life with her husband and their three grown children.
Dr. Willis believes that building relationships is key to educational success and looks forward to connecting, learning, and growing alongside colleagues and students alike.
